Happy Thanksgiving (in the U.S.)

Thankful

I’m in the U.S., so we tend to celebrate Thanksgiving on the third Thursday of November.

It’s when we start watching holiday movies, because we’re so sociable we seldom go elsewhere for this holiday - but this time we might! Haven’t decided yet - to go away means we have to find someone to feed all the animals for us. On a holiday. This is why we usually stay home and watch “Home for the Holidays.” If that movie doesn’t put you off hanging with your family on Thanksgiving, then you are made of strong stuff.

Robert Downey Jr is in it, though, and he’s always fun to watch. This was way before Iron Man.

So however you celebrate the day (or don’t, depending upon where you live), we wish you a happy weekend. If it’s not Thanksgiving in your country, maybe you want to celebrate being alive. That’s always good.

Thanks to everyone who reads this! You mean the world to me, and I’m so happy to have gotten to know you and your beloved animal friends.
